Mountain Luzný (1372 m), whose stony summit rises in the border ridge of the Šumava, is woven with many legends. The small river Vydra springs on its north-west slope at a height of 1192 m - it is called the Luzný stream here. From the side of Luzný there is a view of the Šumava forests and the valley of the Luzný stream with Hraniční peat-bog in the direction of Březník.
